ROLE DESCRIPTION:

The facilitator should be responsible for effective training delivery, mentorship of aspirants and assisting in coordination during training.

FACILITATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

TRAINING & FACILITATION:

    • Training Delivery on Life Skills, Work Readiness, Spoken English, Selling Skills, Aptitude Test & BFSI Domain as per curriculum.

    • To conduct informative training with guidance, engage and motivates the aspirants.

    • Grooming aspirants for work readiness. 

    • Coordinating for guest lectures, field visits, arranging assignments, presentations by aspirants, extra attention to weaker aspirants, cross facilitation at other centers if required.

    • To counsel aspirant at the time of registration.

    • Mapping aspirants for job placements on the basis of their skill and interest 

    • Develop system to monitor the progress of the aspirants.

    • Preparing success stories and batch activities and aspirants follow up

    • To conduct Pre-test, Post-test & Domain assessments

ADMINSTRATIVE:

    • Attendance tracking and class management

    • Data Updation

    • Document all data collected as per given guidelines and time

    • Responsible for data accuracy and updated record keeping of project documents

    • Maintain work logs and records as per department processes.

    • Follow all reporting systems strictly, daily/weekly/monthly.

    • Administering and reporting: staff attendance, upkeep, discipline of     • aspirants, trouble shooting, handling indiscipline issues.

RELATIONSHIP MANGAMENT

    • Maintain relationships with different internal and external stakeholders.

    • Effectively communicate to all stakeholders [KEF volunteers, parents, students, academic, support centers, etc.]

    • Maintaining relationships with Centre partners, local Placement partnership.

      

SALARY will be commensurate with experience.
