Aroh Foundation invites applications for the following positions under the RBI-sponsored Financial Literacy Center (CFL) Project:
1. Position: Financial Counselor (FC)
Salary: ₹19,600 per monthEducational Qualification:Graduate/Postgraduate
Experience in financial literacy and rural development is preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operation of Financial Literacy Center: Organizing and managing financial literacy programs at the center.
- Community Awareness: Running financial awareness campaigns in rural and urban areas.
- Consultation: Providing information on banking, savings, investments, insurance, and government schemes to rural populations.
- Reporting: Preparing and submitting project progress reports to the organization in a timely manner.
- Data Management: Collecting and analyzing beneficiary data.
- Coordination: Coordinating with local banks, panchayats, and other organizations.
2. Position: Assistant Financial Counselor (AFC)
Salary: ₹16,380 per monthEducational Qualification:Graduate/Postgraduate
Prior experience in financial services is preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing Assistance: Assisting the FC in the operation of the financial literacy center.
- Participation in Events: Organizing and assisting in the execution of financial literacy programs and workshops.
- Field Work: Engaging with beneficiaries and providing them with financial education.
- Documentation: Recording all activities and entering data.
- Support: Assisting FC in preparing project reports.
- Community Communication: Understanding the issues faced by people in rural areas and working towards resolving them.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office.
- Strong teamwork and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills (in Hindi and local language).
- Understanding of financial and social schemes.
